Our selection committee have evaluated and considered potential athletes to compete in the Big East Bowl.  Other potential athletes may submit their HUDL/Highlight film for evaluation, may be chosen by their stellar play during the 2023 football season.

We have a selection committee that have evaluated and continues to evaluate student-athletes during the current 2023 season, they earn invites based on their performance  and potential, however we are unable to evaluate everyone, for student-athletes that feel they have been overlooked we definitely apologize, please fill out our nomination form so we can officially evaluate you.  Fill out the Nomination Form

We have a existing relationship with (2) two Hotels conveniently located for the event at discount rates,  both within short distance of all activities, the Courtyard by Marriott and Renaissance are ready to host you.  Click on the links below are reserve your room.

The Big East Bowl is located in the Hampton Roads Region (Southern) of Virginia.  All activities between December 9th & 15th (Combine, Media Day, Draft Selection Party, Practices) are ALL indoors and will take place in Portsmouth, Virginia.  The Main day December 16th, Senior Bowl, Underclassmen Jamboree, Middle School Games and 7on7 Ladies Flag Tournament will take place in Williamsburg, Virginia at Warhill Sports Complex (Wanner Stadium, Field 3 & 6)

Out of state/area participants, will have their combine & media day Friday, December 15th. For the state finalists CONGRADULATIONS!!!  No worries, you will also have your combine & media day Friday, December 15th.

Zoom Meetings: All meetings are conducted on-line

Tuesday, December 12th and Wednesday, December 13th we will conduct team/group installs (Offense/Defense/Special Team) via Zoom Meetings - once assigned to your team/group you will receive the time and link to join your prospective meeting.

In-Person Practices: All Practices are INDOORS

Thursday, December 14th and Friday, December 15th we will conduct team/group in-person physical practices. 

The Big East Bowl Week experience is designed for every participant to maximized this opportunity and we encourage you to take full advantage, however it is not mandatory to attend each activity.

No, we do not provide transportation for the Big East Bowl week activities.

The equipment you will need to secure

1. Helmet
2. Shoulders
3. Thigh Pads
4. Knee Pads
5. Butt Pads
6. Football cleats

We have our jersey ceremony Friday, December 15th, 2023, all participants will receive their event apparel jersey and pants at/by the conclusion of practice Friday, December 15th. 

Game tickets will be needed for entry into the Stadium and will be enforced. Tickets can be purchased online for $10.00.  You do not need a ticket to attend any other Big East Bowl activities.

Follow us on Twitter, or Instagram and we send out your welcome package with 72 hours after your registration is complete.  All of our news will be posted on our website first and contacting us directly it’s the easiest way for everyone to stay informed.

You can pick your Jersey Number.  However, if a participant registered before you with that same Jersey Numbers, we will be automatically assigned.

We are unable to offer any refunds.  As registrations come in, the company applies funds to the Stadium, Uniform Providers and other Vendors.  We will credit to another event.
